A COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT PROCESS

Every V30 goes through an extensive refurbishment process lasting approximately 30–35 days.

The machine is carefully dismantled and inspected section by section. Processing racks, gears, rollers, bearings, belts, shafts, guides, pumps, sensors, heaters, circulation systems, replenishment systems, dryer components, electrical wiring, and electronic boards are inspected and serviced as required.

Worn or damaged components are repaired or replaced to restore dependable operation.

PROCESSING RACKS

The processing racks are among the most important parts of any film processor.

Each rack is removed, disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt as necessary. Rollers, gears, bushings, shafts, springs, and other transport components are carefully checked to ensure smooth and consistent film movement through the processor.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC INSPECTION

Control boards, sensors, connectors, wiring, switches, motors, power supplies, and electrical connections are carefully inspected and tested.

DRYER SYSTEM

The dryer section is completely inspected.

Dryer rollers, gears, belts, blower system, heater, thermosensor, airflow, and film transport are checked to ensure that processed film exits the machine properly dried and ready for scanning or printing.

WATER TEST BEFORE CHEMISTRY

Before chemistry is introduced, the refurbished V30 undergoes extensive testing with water.

This allows the circulation system, pumps, heaters, temperatures, replenishment operation, transport mechanisms, sensors, and connections to be checked for correct operation and possible leakage.

Only after the machine successfully completes these tests does it proceed to final preparation.
